Hey The famous comedian and entertainer, Herman José, is the main attraction this Saturday, for the traditional festivals in honor of Our Lady of the Nativity, in Mim Martins, with free admission. The actor takes the stage at 10 p.m..
On Saturday afternoons, a children’s show is scheduled from 3:30 pm, followed by the return of the Cavalhadas (5:00 pm), an old tradition that the parish council has restored to return to the festivities in the parish.
The festivities are organized by the Parish Council of Algierau Mim Martins, and feature more than 40 craft and leisure platforms, parish institutions and communities, traditional food and drink taverns with products from different regions of the country, and many entertainment and sports. But not only!
as The festivities in honor of Our Lady of the Nativity end on Sunday, with the usual camp mass (3pm), presided over by Fr. Manuel Marques da Silva, followed by the procession. It will run through some streets of Mem Martins, stop next to the volunteer fire brigade Algueirão Mem Martins, and then head to the new church.
