Buzios – The month of April is dedicated to work safety in memory of the victims of occupational accidents and diseases in Brazil. On Wednesday (20), in Búzios, at the Rodolfo Peresi Municipal Hospital (HMRP), a training course was held on the health of workers in the SUS and the reporting of work accidents. The procedure aims to ensure the worker’s quality of life, encourage prevention and discuss responsibilities and actions.
The “Municipality Workers’ Health” activity is an initiative of the Department of Health in partnership with the Workers’ Health Reference Center (SIRST). On this occasion, professionals were able to delve into topics such as: work practices, prevention of work accidents, mental health at work, as well as classification and recording of accidents. On 4 and 10 April, also on the occasion of the month dedicated to concern for occupational safety, the vaccination card for health professionals was updated.
Cerest enhances the integration of the SUS Health Services network, as well as its monitoring and management, in integrating occupational health into its routine performance.
