The STE decision comes in the same week that the Register of Citizens in the same court suspended the Social Democratic Party Movimento Semente on a temporary basis, by order of criminal judge Freddy Orellana, at the request of the Public Ministry, which is investigating whether and whether there were irregularities in the collection of signatures to form the party.
