Gaba Recordati considered the company with the greatest “organizational purpose” in Portugal – Executive Summary

Jaba Recordati Portugal reached first place in the Top 10 Organizations with a Purpose in Portugal.

This is the result of PURPOSE LAB'23, a study conducted in partnership with Relativ Impact and Human Resources Portugal that measures the level of corporate purpose in three different dimensions: organizational, role and responsibilities, and personal.

The top 10, led by Jaba Recordati Portugal, also consists of Staples and PHC Software, which round out the platform. They are followed by Abreu Advogados, Associação Ares do Pinhal, DECO PROTeste, DXC, Fundação Jornada Mundial da Juventude, Leya and SEMEAR.

PurposeLab, the first organizational purpose study conducted in Portugal, measures employees' perception and how they perceive and evaluate the purpose of the companies they work for, based on more than five thousand people and over 100 companies, and aims to create a powerful and valuable tool for the company's journey with purpose. In 2023, nearly 11,000 professionals from various organizations participated. The study is completely independent and organized by 5 large and well-known organizations in Portugal.
