André Filipe, the controversial competitor who rose to fame after participating in the TVI reality show “Big Brother”, shared the stories on his Instagram account after seeing himself booked by Emel.
In one of the photos where you see his car being obscured, he wrote:
“Crooks. Thanks Emel for this fine as I only got out of the car for 5 minutes. You guys are great at stealing people. Keep stealing a lot.”.

He later added: “I had to pay €102 on the spot. Only for 5 minutes to help carry the suitcase to the train and back. The most dangerous thing was there was no sign saying you couldn’t stand up. Beware of these money thieves. Where it was My car, there was no circulatory disorder”.
