You are probably a nostalgic type of player, who loves the good old days the most, and of course, Final Fantasy is a part of your childhood, with an incredibly detailed history, many secrets, and of course graphics that looked amazing at the time.
As such, you are also very likely to look at this trend of “reproduction” in a bad light. But still, if you're a fan of Final Fantasy, especially Final Fantasy VII, you should really try to get Remake, and now Rebirth.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is one of the best FF games of all time!
So, in case you haven't noticed yet, the first reviews for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth are starting to hit the Internet, and they seem to be consensual… it's one of the best games in the saga. In fact, according to the ratings released so far, FF VII Rebirth is the second highest rated game ever in the saga.
We're talking about an average of 92 inches Metacritic, based on more than 120 reviews from the most diverse media. Interestingly enough, Rebirth is behind Final Fantasy 9, but that game only got 22 reviews, making it less interesting in the grand scheme of things.
Having said all this, if you're interested in the game, there's nothing better than installing the beta that's already on the PlayStation Store. The game will be released on February 29, but as you know, it is a temporary PS5 exclusive (one to two years).
