However, this news was not only a surprise to the audience, but it was the presenter of the program himself who resorted to Twitter to accuse the TV station of not communicating directly with Lemon about the decision to terminate the contract.

After these statements, the anchor was absent from the morning program for some time. Upon his return, he thanked the warnings and criticisms and apologized for what he had said.
However, soon after, he was accused of mistreating his classmates during his years at the CNN.
