sFor those who spend the day sitting in front of the computer, it is normal for some tension to build up in the back area. If you do not engage in any physical activity regularly, one solution is to do some basic exercises right at your desk.
The Spanish edition of GQ magazine spoke with Juan Ruiz López who gave some tips on what you can do at work, or at home, without leaving your computer. The truth is that in the end your back will be more relaxed.

shoulders and more
When sitting at a desk, you can move your shoulder blades, but you can also tilt your neck from side to side and rotate it.
squatting
Basic exercise off the chair. All you have to do is go up and down. You can do this several times throughout the day for a few minutes.
Replace the chair with a Pilates ball
It may give the idea that things will not go well, but the goal is to rectify the situation. With a ball like this, you can work on your balance and relieve back pain. You can’t even use this ball all day, but working it out for a few minutes helps.
