WLA Czech folklore singer died after being deliberately infected with Covid-19 in order, as she herself claimed on social media, to gain access to a recovery certificate allowing her to go to the theater and sauna, for example.
The woman had already come off as anti-vaccination.
Hana Hurka, the lead singer of the band Asonance, died Sunday at the age of 57, after contracting with the Delta version, according to her son Jan Rick.
Rick told public radio iRozhlas.cz that the woman voluntarily exposed herself to the virus when her husband and son, who had been vaccinated before Christmas, contracted.
“I decided to continue living with us normally and would rather get infected than vaccinated,” the son said. On social media, the woman’s latest release came as a joke about how she survived in the Delta and that she will soon be able to visit cultural institutions without the need for a test or vaccination, as she will have the right to a certificate of recovery.
According to the son, Horka went out for a walk, but when he returned he started complaining of back pain and died shortly thereafter. In the same interview, the son blamed a local anti-vaccine movement, believing it influenced her.
