Cristiano Ronaldo will live on an exclusive island for millionaires
The land is located on a seahorse-shaped island and costs 25 million euros. The house should be completed by December.
After terminating his contract with Manchester United, in 2022, Cristiano Ronaldo left for the Middle East, to play with Al-Nasr. When he’s not playing, he takes the opportunity to go on a romantic vacation with his wife, Georgina Rodriguez, and even wants to take Vista Alegre’s Portuguese crockery to Saudi Arabia. He is now preparing to build a new luxurious palace in that area.
The villa is being built on the artificial island of Jumeirah Bay in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), which is inhabited only by billionaires. The work, which is due to be completed by the end of the year, occupies land that the footballer bought for €25 million.
This island attracts attention, above all, because it is shaped like a seahorse, but it has other characteristics. Currently, only 15 palaces are scheduled to be built, according to the Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia.
However, there is no shortage of development projects in the destination, which is eight kilometers from downtown Dubai. Jumeirah Bay has a private sailing club, a beach club, several five-star hotels – such as the Bulgari Resort – gyms and gourmet restaurants.
The project is managed by one of the country’s largest real estate groups, Palace Luxury Living. However, other than the costs, there are still no details about the design of the house in which the national team captain will live with his wife Georgina Rodriguez and their five children.
