After SmackDown Live on Friday, Cody Rhodes cut a promo for his hometown of Atlanta, making his goals clear.
Cody Rhodes has made it clear that he intends to win the men's Royal Rumble 2024 and main event WrestleMania 40, as he wants to end the storyline after his loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.
But in recent weeks, rumors surrounding WrestleMania have increased, with The Rock returning on the first day of Raw and the possibility of him facing off with Tribal Chief.
This is what the American Nightmare said:
Atlanta is my hometown. I did some stupid things here. I jumped off a very high cage, caught fire, and got into a fight with Brock Lesnar. I've done some stupid things. But they were all about giving the city, the community that raised me, something to remember.
When we're at home, we share things we only share at home. Here's one. There's only one thing that makes me tired of coming home. The only thing that makes me tired is arriving empty-handed. I think we have to change that.
I am not immune to all the news, from everything that happens, from what will happen, from what will not happen. All I can tell you is this. I am the right man for this job. I am the best for this job. I'm going to the Royal Rumble, I'm going to win a second time and I'm going to bring the title back to Atlanta.

With the Royal Rumble approaching, do you think Cody Rhodes will be able to secure a spot in the tournament The main event From Wrestlemania?
