YuSome TikTok user’s dog is happy not to follow an owner’s instructions – and it took a while why this happened, but it’s already been figured out by them.
Jay Shore and Megan King are a married couple living in Merseyside, England who, in December, brought a Rottweiler to their home.
The six-month-old dog spent his first days in Armagh, Northern Ireland, at Megan’s parents’ home, where the family is from, to get some vaccinations before travelling. In December, the couple brings him to England, where Guy is from. This is when they began to notice that the dog did not respond to its owner, despite the fact that for the first few months, it obeyed Megan’s parents.
So they figured out that the dog wasn’t stubborn or anything like that, but he just didn’t understand the owner, because this… he doesn’t have the same accent as his girlfriend and her family. Now, in order to command the pet, the man has to pretend to have an accent.
“My parents bought them after my dog passed away last year. While we were waiting for the vaccinations, they taught them the commands [com o sotaque]Megan explained. Finished.
Megan also said that they now teach animal gestures, so that it will be easier for the companion to give commands to Paddy. “Let’s hope you get used to Jay’s accent,” he explained.
