Impressively human-like robots were developed by Boston Dynamics and over the past few years we’ve seen impressive feats of the machine. How far can this development go?
A new video shows how these machines master parkour-like motions and are still noisy. watching video.
Humanoid robots
This isn't the first time Boston Dynamics, a Hyundai group company, has put obstacles in the way of humanoid robots. Parkour appears to be an activity the Atlas "enjoys".
However, there has been an evolution, and it is increasingly unsettling to see the simultaneous movement of these machines and the way their movements are confused with the movements of any of us.
A video of two robots jumping on platforms, boxes and beams was shared by the company today and can be seen below.
Although it sounds like a joke, Boston Dynamics aims to make robots capable of handling a variety of tasks with human ingenuity. Waiting for us humans to stay on our side.
