Paul will be delivered in this session, but realistically only four men had a real chance of winning first place…Ferrari and Red Bull, with a slight advantage over Red Bull and Sergio Perez, full of desire to show service, looking at what they are up to in the race Q1 and Q2.
After Max Verstappen was fastest in the first quarter and Sergio Perez was the fastest in the second, Red Bull’s men struggled with the Ferrari duo. In the first attempts, Carlos Sainz performed better than Leclerc and two Red Bull cars and took first place. Sainz took a time of 1:41.814, gaining 0.047 seconds. ahead of Leclerc. Perez was 0.126 and Verstappen 0.175. The best of the second platoon was Pierre Gasly, more than a second behind the commander.

No. 11 manages to break out on the track, but it won’t give the suction cone to Max Verstappen. On the Ferrari side there was no group match and every driver had to do his best for himself. Sainz started the lap poorly and was at the mercy of Leclerc who came with everything to try for the best time. Leclerc put in a great time and took nearly half a second off Sainz’s record. Verstappen got the second half, but Perez knocked him out.
The top ten were thus decided, with Leclerc in first place, followed by Perez, Verstappen, Sainz, George Russell, Pierre Gasly, Lewis Hamilton, Yuki Tsunoda, Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso.
