The central concept of Auchan Cuida is to offer a subscription model that provides general and family medicine video consultations by appointment within a maximum period of 90 minutes.
The primary focus of this service is not only the provision of traditional medical services, but also includes access to mental health counselling, such as psychology and psychiatry, as well as nutrition.
In the field of nutrition, the retailer highlights its 360-degree nutrition solution (where, after a nutrition video consultation, the customer can, if he wishes, be accompanied in his purchases by a nutritionist in Auchan stores and participate in healthy cooking workshops for free).
Auchan Cuida intends to add new services throughout the first year and, after that period, integrate the physical environment to provide a unique physical experience.
