Aquarist fans and lovers of the art of creating marine ecosystems in small (or large) aquariums will have a game tailored to their Aquarist needs.
The title, which is already available for PC and the Nintendo Switch, is also on its way to Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
It's a passion that, in a way, also ends up becoming an art. The aquarium hobby and building aquariums is a profession that drives thousands of people to try to recreate the best and most beautiful native ecosystems of many species of fish (and not only) in their homes.
And it seems that for all those fans, a game capable of making them smile, Aquarist, has arrived (for now, only on PC and Nintendo Switch).
Also slated to release on Xbox One and Xbox Series X, the game promises hours of aquarium-building fun, from the size of small living room screens to large swimming pools with sharks inside.
The Polish studios FreeMind SA (Switch version developed by Ultimate Games SA), responsible for the game, developed the game to allow players a wide range of options for creating and managing our aquariums, whether they have a real experience in this type of art, you will find in Aquarist Extensive and complete experience.
In Aquarist, the player is the owner of an aquarium shop. The gameplay features many elements of managing the store itself, as well as, of course, creating aquariums.
The player will create, restore, manage and maintain various aquariums while working on their business and completing missions and tasks of the game.
In-game progression provides expansions for our businesses, including new aquariums, new accessories, new plant species as well as new fish species for our aquariums. In the game, we will be able to find a variety of plants and fish from different types of habitats, thus opening up possibilities for players to create their own aquariums freely, creatively and imaginatively.
"Aquarist is a calm and relaxing game clearly aimed at aquarium enthusiasts. The game can feature a great deal of realism and attention to detail. For example, with the creation of a particular ecosystem, we must be able to maintain in an aquarium all the conditions of that environment, so that the local plants and fish can survive.Rafai Jelonik from Ultimate Games SA said:
Aquarist is now available for PC and Nintendo Switch, with an Xbox One and Xbox Series X release yet to be determined.
