The Communications consultancy Comunicar-se announced Wednesday that it has this month committed to a four-day work model, without a salary cut.
According to the statement issued, the management of the telecommunications company “has no doubt about the benefits of this organizational model and the importance of happiness at work as a basis for productivity and success for workers and companies.”
“Through the blended work experience, we’ve realized that greater flexibility translates into greater productivity. Work is no longer a place, but an experience that needs happiness. Our employees. Only a happy, connected team can be truly dedicated and productive,” said Raquel Garces Pacheco, CEO of Comunicar- se.
The measure marks the sixth anniversary of the establishment of the Porto Agency, according to the information released.
