The video was recorded early this past Saturday morning, and the case was later denounced by Party Animal Against Animal Abuse spokeswoman Yolanda Morales.
According to Europa Press, the person who recorded the video and reported the situation to the Civil Guard explained that the animal walked around the car “for several blocks” and the owner, who was suspected of being a woman, ended up returning it. in the car after being scolded by passers-by.
The whereabouts of the animal and its owner remain unknown.
