The law firm Telles has advised CR7 (Cristiano Ronaldo), Paulo Ramos, Vallis Fund and Hermes GPE in the restructuring of the Insparya group.

In June, the Saúde Viável Group, dedicated to diagnostics, treatment and research in health and hair transplantation, announced the new corporate identity with the Insparya brand and the entry of the player Cristiano Ronaldo into the company’s capital.
According to Lusa, the group made its first major change in the shareholder structure in 2019, with the Luso-British Vallis/Hermes fund consortium now owning 50% of the stake in Portugal, with the other half remaining in the hands of current founder and CEO Paulo Ramos.
In a statement, Telles revealed that it had advised the Insparya group partners, made up of CR7, Paulo Ramos, Valles and Hermes GBE, to restructure the group.
“This operation was led by partner Francisco Espígueira Méndez, co-head of the Telles team, commercial and M&A, accompanied by his partners Tomás Paiva Rosado and Antónia Ferreira de Almeida, with the intervention of Abílio da Silva Rodrigues, associate coordinator of the supervision team.”
The Inspiria Group is the largest clinical group dedicated exclusively to diagnostics, treatment and research in the field of health and hair transplantation, with facilities in Lisbon, Porto, Vilamoura, Braga, Madrid and Marbella.
“By the end of the year, Insparia will arrive in Italy and open another clinic in Spain. In Portugal, the company is evaluating the opening of a new clinic in Viseu, having invested about 2.5 million in a new research center in Porto last year. The Insparya group employs about 300 people, finished 2020 with revenues of up to 7 million euros, and it expects its turnover to reach 34 million euros this year and reach 100 million in 5 years,” the note stated.
