Ladoero, of the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, who was crowned Sunday’s second division national champion, failed to meet the requirements to participate in the Placar League, as did the undefeated finalist, Amarinci, of Batalha.
In this way, Grupo Nun’Alvares, of Fafe, who was eliminated by Ladoeiro, will take the two places in the semi-finals of the competition to get to the competition, which will be contested by 14 clubs and reduced to 12 in 2022/23, and Torrens, who was sacked in the quarter-finals by Team Favinci.
In the process, which began during the 2020/21 season, 187 clubs submitted nominations for these competitions, with 126 logos licensed, a number that includes even those without sporting rights to participate in them.
