On Tuesday (1), the Ministry of Health opened the accreditation process for institutions, foundations, and non-profit societies that wish to develop projects in the National Oncology Care Support Program (Brunon) and the National Personal Care Support Program. Disability (Pronas / PCD).
The two programs include medical services projects, but they also carry out professional training and conduct clinical, epidemiological, social and anthropological research.
These projects can raise tax-exempt resources to finance their activities. But for this, the entities need to be accredited as an organization of social interest (such as social organizations, civil society organizations of public benefit, in addition to social assistance associations).
Accreditation with the Ministry of Health also requires the submission of a series of documents such as the CNPJ, the election record, directors’ documents, and various certificates of regularity and passivity from bodies such as the Ministry of Economy and the Comptroller General of the Federation (CGU). ).
