With all the Champions League play-offs completed, the 36 teams that will participate in the league stage of the competition are now known.
On Tuesday, Young Boys left Galatasaray on the road, Salzburg eliminated Dynamo Kyiv and Sparta Prague beat Malmö, while on Wednesday, Dinamo Zagreb, Red Star, Lille and Slovan Bratislava beat Qarabag, Bodo/Glimt, Slavia Prague and Midtjylland respectively.
So, it is now possible to understand the composition of the pots that will determine the Champions League draw. Benfica will be part of pot 2 and Sporting will be in pot 3, from the draw that will take place this Thursday, at 5 pm.
