DIÁRIO tried to find out the reasons for these cancellations with the two airlines, trying to find out if they were related to the Microsoft failure that affected many airports around the world.
A global glitch in Microsoft’s system is causing problems for countless companies, including airlines, financial institutions, media and other industries around the world.
According to an official source at the Tunisian News Agency, “the flights were cancelled for operational reasons.” Without providing further details on the source of the cancellations, the same email indicates that “passengers will be transferred to the company’s next flights.”
So far, easyJet has not responded to DIÁRIO’s request for information.
