ShA passenger on the Barcelona Metro in Spain took to social media to complain after finding a large cockroach in one of the carriages. Transporte Metropolitano de Barcelona (TMB) responded with sarcasm to the complaint.
The woman shared a photo of the insect on social media and left a question for TMB. “I would like to know if my friend here paid for the ticket,” the woman wrote in the post.
According to La Vanguardia, among the various responses was that of the TMB, which recalled that “children under four years of age are exempt from having a transport ticket. All other passengers must have an appropriate and valid ticket”. The TMB also left its “regards” to the passenger.
