Vista Alegre announced on Friday that Cristiano Ronaldo, through his company CR7, SA, has acquired 10% of the share capital of Vista Alegre Atlantis SGPS and has agreed to acquire 30% of the share capital of Vista Alegre Spain, a deal that will be completed in the coming days.

In addition to this direct investment, the two parties agreed to create a new joint company, with equal shares, focused on the growth of the Vista Alegre and Bordallo Pinheiro brands in the Middle East and Asia. The alliance aims to accelerate the global expansion of brands in the luxury and upscale sector, covering both retail and luxury hotels.
