Samsung is scheduled to launch the next generation of foldable smartphones next July. In anticipation of this launch, the brand has unsurprisingly confirmed that the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 will receive the brand’s AI features.

One of Samsung’s AI features is real-time translation in its communication app. The news announced by the executive is that Samsung will extend support for this functionality to include third-party apps.
“Samsung will soon expand the power of Galaxy AI beyond Samsung’s native calling app, and expand Live Translation to other third-party messaging apps to support voice calls. This way you can stay in touch with friends or colleagues, and communicate via your favorite apps in multiple languages.
It is also claimed that users will experience barrier-free connections without worrying about privacy issues. This is because there is no sharing of personal data outside the phone when using live translation.
