ShAn 81-year-old man has been arrested after terrorizing his neighbors with a ‘slingshot’ for nearly a decade in California, US.
Azusa police said in a statement carried by Sky News that the man, identified as Prince King, is suspected of smashing the car’s windows and windshield with ball bearings from a slingshot.
Despite everything, no injuries were reported as a result of these actions.
However, dozens of people have declared themselves “victims” of the unknown, for 10 years in a row. Police have dubbed the man a “serial slingshot shooter.”
Prince was eventually arrested after ball bearings and a slingshot were found during a search of his home.
According to investigators in the case, most of the “shots” were fired from the backyard of the suspect’s home.
“We are not aware of any motive other than malice. The case has been going on for many years because we have not identified the suspectsaid Lt. Jake Bushey.
The man will appear in court on Tuesday.
