1. Integration of Ovar Hospital and Health Centers into the ULS system of Entre Douro e Vouga:

1.3.3. Reduces the quality and increases waiting times for health care provided to users;
1.3.4. As these hospitals and health centers become SA or EPE entities, this leads to the dismantling of their professional functions;
1.3.5. Transferring expenses from SNS to its users;
1.3.6. Keeps users away from SNS;
1.3.7. Bringing users closer to the private health sector;

1.4. The Popular Congress Party defends:
1.4.1. Not to integrate Ovar Hospital and its health centers into ULS EPE, regardless of their location;
