This is because in the normal design of an apartment/house, the living room is the central room, where we end up spending the most time.

More communication at home

According to the Dartmouth College, aluminum foil helps spread the network signal, while also helping prevent other bands from snooping. Therefore, by adding aluminum foil to the router, the network will improve significantly from the beginning. It is not enough to put aluminum foil there, you have to follow a certain pattern.

In this sense, remove a large piece of aluminum foil from the roll. Then create a semicircle or something similar to the letter “C”. When the template is complete, you should position the curved portion toward the router and in the direction you want the mesh to be displayed. Finally, all that’s left is to test your Wi-Fi speed.

It should be kept in mind that if the router is in a central location and the house has several rooms, then even with this trick, the network should not improve significantly in the far rooms.
