Belo Horizonte will have five health units on duty on Saturday (27) and Sunday (28) to treat patients with symptoms of dengue, chikungunya and Zika. (See list below). The city municipality stated that it is monitoring the rate of disease transmission in the city and adjusts the number of hospitals according to demand.
According to the municipal health department, patients should seek care at on-call arbovirus units if they experience symptoms such as fever, muscle and joint pain, red spots on the skin, headache or pain behind the eyes, and nausea or vomiting.
