A recent study, published by The Independent newspaper, revealed that Prince Andrew and Meghan Markle are prominent figures in the royal family… but for the worst reasons.
The results of the survey conducted among the British population confirmed suspicions that the two are the least popular members of the family, for reasons that reinforce these attitudes.
In the case of Andre, the Independent newspaper highlighted the prince's controversial interview with BBC Newsnight, which the British people are determined not to forget. In that conversation, Elizabeth II's son denied involvement with Virginia Roberts Jeffrey, but the answers were unconvincing.
As far as Meghan Markle is concerned, it seems that the new wellness brand has not been well received by the citizens, and the negative opinions surrounding the former actress continue to follow her everywhere.
Prince Andrew, with a failure rate of 86%, comes at the bottom of the table, closely followed by Meghan with 64%. However, it is worth noting the fact that William and Kate Middleton, by contrast, have become more popular, an opinion that also benefits from the fact that it was recently announced that the Princess of Wales is fighting cancer.
