Fashion and apparel retailing has been modernizing over the past few years, investing in new store concepts but also the growing presence of technology in its physical spaces. Now, the website Retailgazette reports H&M It will introduce a new concept in the United Kingdom.
Described as fashion-forward, the concept will debut at one of the brand's stores on Kings Road, expected to open before spring. The 'new' store will focus on offering products with modern design and high style.

H&M's country manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland, Henrik Nordvall, said it would be a store with some other new features in terms of customer service: “The in-store experience will be personalized, driven by the demand for modern fashion. services and moments of interaction that complement the selection of premium quality women's apparel, beauty, footwear and accessories.”
“London is a global center of fashion heritage and creativity, so expanding our presence here is a great opportunity and we're excited to further engage with our customers in new, innovative and creative ways,” he added.

H&M is exploring new store formats in a bid to attract shoppers, revealing last summer that one of its Manchester stores would trial a new design concept aimed at better combining its online and in-store offerings, RetailGazette explains.
