The company warned that if users use a counterfeit or uncertified charger, slow charging, frequent clicking and decreased battery life may occur. In the same document, Apple also teaches how to identify chargers manufactured by the brand and MFi-certified chargers.
The original charging connectors made by the brand are white in colour. Some Apple Watch chargers have text and regulatory markings on the charging cable. Chargers not made by the company may have different colors, text, or other designs on the surface of the charging connector.
