The permanent educational planning of the 7th Regional Health Coordination Area (CRS) based on the demands made by the municipalities was the subject of discussion between health workers, directors and representatives of educational institutions last Tuesday (5) during the 8th Regional Forum for Permanent Health Education, in the Urcamp Bagé event hall.
At this event, organized by the Regional Center for Education and Public Health (Nuresc) of the 7th CRS, the 90 participants exchanged municipal and regional experiences in permanent health education, developing the working environment and promoting socialization and communication among health workers. Employees, managers and educational institutions with courses in health and social control.
Based on shared experiences, topics were identified that could be worked on or deepened in 2024, such as training in integrative and complementary health practices (PICS), mental health and reception, among others.
The person in charge of Nuresc at the 7th CRS, Eloisa Azambuja Simão, highlights the importance of demonstrating the measures that have been developed to health workers. “The speeches given by municipalities in our region and the shared experiences show how important it is to reflect on what we have done, where we are working, and where we want to go.”
