Samo 192 Sergipe
The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu 192 Sergipe) will be on standby, through the Emergency Regulation Center (CRU) on a priority channel, to provide assistance in urgent and emergency situations. On the second Saturday, which marks the beginning of the Vila do Natal Iluminado, the Basic Support Unit (USB) will be present at the event to ensure health care for the population. On other days, a pair of motorbikes will be available to ensure short-term service if needed.
According to Samu 192 Sergipe Supervisor, Dennison Pereira, the performance of the mobile service is very important to ensure a safe party. “Samu 192 Sergipe will operate preventively during Christmas Light, as it is the month in which the country receives many tourists. Therefore, our teams will be available and will also be the priority channel for any request or situation that occurs in Orla da Atalaia during this period so that we can respond in the shortest possible time, ensuring the health of all Sergipe residents and tourists,” he reinforced.
Health monitoring
The ceremony will also include health surveillance work, which will strengthen prevention work through inspections with guidelines for the storage and sale of food for the establishments present at the event. The goal is to point out important measures to improve service performance, such as adequate physical structure, hand hygiene in food handling areas, water drainage flow, and food expiration date, which are some of the items examined by the monitoring team.
