This may be another indication that the former Blue and White coach is preparing to submit his candidacy for the presidency and compete against Pinto da Costa, after he revealed in a recent interview with the newspaper “Expresso” his desire to be president of the Dragon team.

The Supreme Council, made up of several figures from the Blue and White world, has put forward a proposal to change some points in the statutes of FC Porto, which promises to spark a warm debate among members.
Among them is the date of the elections, which may not be held next April, but rather are scheduled to be held in June. Thereafter, only members who have at least two continuous years of senior membership will be able to exercise their right to vote, or they will have two continuous years in between, one in the senior category and the other in the junior category.
