ShA job offer in Spain sparks controversy on social media. The situation was reported by the popular account on the social network X (formerly Twitter) owned by the author of the book ‘Soy Camarero’, and sparked criticism from users.
The discussion revolves around a hotel owner who was looking for a waitress to “work in a bikini” after he requested photos of the candidate’s body to see her “curves”.
The hotel owner said: “We need waitresses to work in the hot pool all the time in bikinis. I need girls with good bodies. Send us a picture from the front and back so we can see the curves. Thank you.” WhatsApp messages have been published.
The candidate quickly asked: “But, let’s see, isn’t the job a waitress? A waitress who works in a bikini? I don’t think that’s necessary. What’s the name of the swimming pool?”
“We’re a hotel, girl. We work that way here, if you’re not interested, don’t worry,” she replied, prompting the candidate to say she would “send” an inspection of the space.
The businessman asks “how” and the candidate decides to confront him.
