ingredients:
2¾ cups of oat flakes
¾ cup pecans, halved
1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup of nuggets
6 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Half a cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup of dried cherries
¾ cup of dark chocolate chips
preparation mode:
1- Preheat the oven to 140°C. Then, in a large bowl, mix the oats, pecans, cashews, and coconut. Later, in a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the maple syrup, olive oil, brown sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to boil. Pour over oat mixture and stir.
