uA 35-year-old woman experienced moments of panic last week, when she found a pit viper inside the toilet, in the bathroom of her home located in the rural area of Coxim, in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
The woman revealed that her husband was the one who found the animal, but after flushing the toilet, everything indicated that the little snake had disappeared. But that was not quite the case, he told G1.
“During the week he stays outside, it comes only on Friday. On Monday, I used the bathroom normally, but only on Tuesday I saw that the exit process was not done properly,” Rosemary Silva said in statements to the Brazilian portal. .
Only after three flushes did he see her “tail sticking out”. “Then I went crazy,” he declared, “and I was left alone in the house.”
The pit viper is a venomous snake of the genus Bothrops, often found in Brazil.
