When the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority decided to take a stand against Microsoft Activision’s $68.7 billion takeover of Blizzard King, it prevented the deal from going through in the UK.
That retrial is due to start on July 28, and the CMA has been pushing for the case to be adjourned to October, although the Competition Appeal Tribunal in England has decided to stop this from happening. The CMA blocked the attempt The hearing should be adjourned.
