Rasic, the midfielder who was loaned to SC Braga by Valencia, said goodbye on the social network Instagram. The Serb says that “regardless of whether he continues or not” next season, SC Braga will “always be in his heart.”
SC Braga was not open to paying the €5m fee for the Serbian international.
Racic’s full message:
After a long season, the holidays arrive. I’m going to make the most of this time, to recharge my batteries after a very stressful season. I would like to take this moment to thank all of our fans, my team-mates and everyone who has helped us medically. To all the people who have supported us unconditionally during the year, thank you.
Looking back, I can say that it was a successful season for the club. You are guaranteed the chance to get to the Champions League and play in the final of the Portuguese Cup. I would have liked to win these titles, but in spite of everything, I am satisfied with everything we have done over the course of the year.
Regardless of whether I continue next season at SC Braga or not, I would like to thank everyone for this great year and say that SC Braga will always be in my heart.
