We got Samsung’s 2022 The Frame TV to test here at Mundo Conectado (finally)! The main proposal of this TV is to look like a painting and act as a decorative object in the home, betting a lot on the unique design and its various technologies.
For this, The Frame has a screen material (Matte), which replaces the version Bright (brightness) previous. With this kind of finish, it is able to absorb incident light, avoiding reflections of ambient light and looking like a work of art. In addition to the matte screen, it features Quantum HDR technology to provide more comfort and sharpness in light and dark scenes.
The revamped 2022 model is available in 32-inch, 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch sizes, with 32 inches in FullHD, 43 inches and 50 inches in 4K 60fps and the rest of the lines in 4K 120FPS. Still talking about the design, The Frame is only 3cm thick. The goal is for it to really look like a picture on the wall. You can also use the bracket included with your TV purchase to keep it close to the wall.

It also comes with feet to place it on top of a piece of furniture. Because it’s a very thin TV that practically sticks to the wall, it features One Connect, a connection hub that contains a single fiber optic cable connected directly to the TV. All connections and HDMI cables are then connected to One Connect, which in turn connects to the TV to avoid cable exposure.
To complete the whole package for a work of art, The Frame also has a choice of customizable frames for personalization. Frames are purchased separately and are available in multiple colors.
