Today it’s hard to go online without hearing about ChatGPT or its derivatives, and for good reason. Technology is developing practically every day, becoming increasingly relevant in different markets.
Apple hasn’t revealed exactly anything where it will integrate AI to improve its services, let alone a dedicated AI platform like Microsoft did with Bing. However, the company appears to be considering integrating more of this technology into its services.
according to Latest rumorsApple is examining new ways to integrate artificial intelligence on Siri, allowing it to have new capabilities to provide answers to users.
Called Natural Language Creation, the system will integrate with Siri to help provide more consistent and detailed responses to users. The idea is to provide the assistant with some kind of functionality similar to what is found in ChatGPT.
The company is still looking at ways to integrate these technologies with Siri, to improve the answers given to end users. Although the company has not revealed anything concrete yet, sources close to it claim that the news is already undergoing limited testing by the company.
The idea could bring innovation to a system that some consider outdated. Although Siri set itself at the time it launched as the assistant of the future, Apple has since made little change to the system. On the other hand, platforms like Amazon and Google have greatly improved the way their assistants work, integrating more and more features into them – which, currently, are vastly superior to what Apple has for their model.
Siri’s AI integration could dramatically change that notion, further simplifying what was once the mother of all virtual assistants.
