Huawei Watch Buds is a 2-in-1 device that works just like your regular smartwatch but with Monitor which opens to reveal a pair of TWS earbuds. The watch features a 1.43 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The case is made of stainless steel, while the leather watch strap measures 22mm and is available in black and brown.

It supports heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, sleep and stress management, as well as tracking of atrial fibrillation and ECG readings. We also have 80 training modes. The headphones offer AI noise cancellation for calls and listening to music. The headphones weigh 66.5 grams while the earbuds weigh 4 grams each. The buds are IP54 rated while the watch does not receive ingress protection due to its opening mechanism. BeiDou positioning, GLONASS and GPS are also available on board.

Watch the buds work HarmonyOS 3 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. Huawei claims that the Watch and Buds have a common lifespan of drums 3 days. The wireless headphones get 4 hours of music playback or 2.5 hours of talk time with noise cancellation off. A full charge using the special magnetic charger should take 100 minutes.
The Huawei Watch Buds are priced at CNY 2,988 ($429) and are already on sale in China. At the moment there is no news on global availability.
Huawei Kids Watch 5X and 5X Pro are the latest kids’ watches from Huawei and offer 1.6-inch AMOLED displays with a resolution of 360 x 320 pixels and dual cameras in a sturdy plastic frame. There is a 5MP front camera and an 8MP rear module and both watches can be rotated 360 degrees and even removed from the watch strap. The Pro model has the added advantage of having a secondary monochrome screen on the back, which can be used to save energy and is also less distracting than the main screen.
Huawei Kids Watch 5X and 5X Pro
There is network connectivity with a physical nano-SIM slot, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. Both watches have 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The Kids Watch 5X measures 56.3mm x 43.58mm x 14.45mm while the Pro model is slightly thicker at 14.9mm and weighs 78.7g. Both Kids Watch 5X models are IPX8 rated.
Children’s Watch 5X and 5X Pro
The Huawei Watch Kids 5X Pro costs CNY 1,989 ($286) and comes in purple and black. The Kids 5X model will retail for CNY 1,598 ($230) and is available in pink and blue colours.
