The opening of the first physical store of the Chinese clothing brand it is inin Sao Paulo, Brazil, opened on Saturday and proved confusion among customers.
From the early morning, hours before opening to the public, lines began to form in the Vila Olímpica mall to enter the store.

Because of the incident, Shein announced that the shop’s closing time on Saturday will be 5:30 pm instead of 9:30 pm local time, in order to reorganize the operation for the next few days.
To enter the store in the coming days, it is necessary to have a password and customers will only be able to take four pieces of clothing at a time to the fitting room. Each customer will also have a 20-minute limit to stay inside the store.
