The University of Porto School of Economics (FEP) will host the annual event QTEM (Quantitative Technologies for Economics and Management), a network that brings together students, universities, large corporations, some non-profit organizations and experts in data analysis and business.
From October 21 to 22, the directors of the most famous economics and management schools around the world, such as Universiteit van Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Waseda University in Japan, Warwick Business School in the UK, HEC Montreal in Canada, Zhejiang University in China, and EDHEC Business School In France, among others, the future of education oriented towards quantitative methods of economics and management.
“The world of data analysis is dynamic, it is constantly evolving, and the QTEM network, in which FEP is introduced, aims to be at the forefront, ensuring that professionals with skills are trained in analytical and quantitative techniques for decision-making in an international context,” highlights the Academic Coordinator of the Network QTEM in FEP, Jorge Farinha.
QTEM has been recognized by the Financial Times as a leading alliance of business schools, focused on training future business leaders.
