Do you think the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 really delivers an incredible level of performance? Well, apparently, NVIDIA had a more powerful version of the card in development, in what should be a new Titan launch, now based on the Ada Lovelace architecture.
But of course, if the electrical power consumption of the RTX 4090 is indeed a concern, it seems that the new RTX Titan has been melting even the sources. What… the beast…
The new NVIDIA Titan RTX card melts the lines!
So the RTX Titan Ada Lovelace or the RTX 4090 Ti was about to become a reality. By the way, it was no coincidence that we have several rumors that suggest a graphics card with 48GB of GDDR7 memory at 24Gbps, which obviously will consume an incredible 900W.
This card exists, it was even under development, but it was postponed, or who knows, it was canceled, because the consumption was unexpected, and heat dissipation is a tedious task. We are talking about a card with a TDP of 900 Watts, but sometimes it was able to exceed 1000 Watts, without major problems. Also, the card was too big to even fit on the motherboard in a normal way…it had to be on its side. That is, we can say that the motherboard is the one that is installed on the graphics card.
Titan Ada was fully unlocked for AD102, and thus was a CG monster. But it also means a lot of power for the day, with power supplies cut off, and even plates melting.
The RTX Ada Titan may become a reality in the future! This wouldn’t be a ‘beast’, but it has the potential to be awesome
Depending on how things play out at the start of a new cycle, NVIDIA may opt for a slightly more limited edition version of the card, while also betting on new 27Gbps GDDR7 memory. It’s wait and see!
