The Yorkshire Police in the United Kingdom revealed, on Friday, images of Thomas Knott carrying the already dead woman in a suitcase. After doing so, he reported his wife’s disappearance to the police, something that later turned out to be untrue.
According to the British Sky News channel, the crime will have been committed on their wedding night and was recorded by surveillance cameras in October 2021.
In the just-revealed video, the couple can be seen entering the house but only the pair leaving alone with a bag that will bring up the body of Mrs. Don Walker he just married.
After the crime, Nott reported the woman’s disappearance and even participated in the searches, informing the Walker family that she had fled due to mental health issues, and showing them letters proving this fact.
After leaving the body far from the residence, the man returned to his home, according to the photos, and tried to erase evidence of the crime by stomping on bag marks on the ground.
The man was finally sentenced Friday to life in prison.
