Joao Pessoa Province continues to vaccinate against COVID-19, Monday (11), in the various services of the Municipal Health Network. The vaccination is available to the public from the age of 5 years. The need to schedule is only for the group that needs to take the second booster dose (4th dose), aged 40-49 years. Scheduling can be done through the Vacina JP app or the vaccine website .joaopessoa.pb.gov.br, starting at 7 pm on Sunday (10).
Vaccination agents are available in Family Health Units (USFs), Municipal Police Clinics, Ivan Cantisani Gymnasium (Tambiá), Municipal Immunization Center (Torre) and Shopping Mangabeira.
First and second doses – The first dose is available to an audience of 5+, as well as the second doses of Coronavac (28 days after the first dose), Pfizer (60 days), Astrazeneca (90 days) and Janssen.
The first booster dose (D3) – Population 12 years and over (120 days after the second dose), immunosuppressed (28 days) and health workers (120 days).
Booster Dose 2 (D4) You can take people over 40, health workers and immunosuppressed individuals who have received D3 for at least 120 days, regardless of which immunization was taken at the start of the vaccination schedule.
The required documents – Children from 5 to 11 years old must hold a SUS or CPF card and proof of residence in João Pessoa. Children with comorbidities or disabilities also need to provide a medical report or statement proving the illness.
To receive the first dose of the vaccine from the age of 12, it is necessary to present an official document with a photo, SUS card, CPF and proof of residence in João Pessoa. For D2, D3 and D4, a vaccination card and a personal document with a photo are required, as well as a notarized proof of health workers and a medical report of patients with immunodeficiency.
