“Here, the contestants will have to work in groups of two or more people from different generations. There are no limits in this version, they can participate in duos, trios or even groups of different generations of all ages,” the channel asserts.
Anselmo Ralph, Barbara Bandera, Simone de Oliveira and Michael Carrera will be the four mentors for the special edition of the talent show, RTP1 revealed this weekend.
For Anselmo Ralph, being a part of “The Voice Generations” is “to come out with more culture and enrichment, with teachings from different generations.” The guide also stresses that sitting in that chair again means “I miss you and now I can say, I’ve been through all the formats of The Voice.”
“Participating in ‘The Voice’, in any way, is very special because I was on this platform as a contestant, so I am honored to be here now as a mentor and with this wonderful panel of mentors. Excited,” admits Barbara Bandera.
Michael Carrera is also back and confirms, “It’s great to be in ‘The Voice Generations’.” I feel a very good accompaniment (…) This program has something special, which is to be able to share the same dream, the same passion and the family stage. Sitting here brings me nostalgia and nervousness and I will try, as always, to have as much fun as possible,” he concludes.
For Simone de Oliveira, being invited to be a mentor for “The Voice Gerações” is a scourge.” The artist admitted that she is very nervous, but happy because “this look is so beautiful and it’s great to be here in this chair with my co-workers.”
